Costs
Paloma clinics offer a one-cost option, enabling you to pay a small membership fee once to access our unlimited 24/7 healthcare services. We are different from insurance companies; you are covered from day one of membership for all your health-related consultations. There are no exclusions for primary care consultations.

Appointments
We offer 15–30-minute appointments with doctors and nurses, depending on the condition. We are open 24 hours online and at clinics between 8AM to 9PM Monday to Saturday and 8AM to 4PM on Sunday, offering you a hybrid service 24/7. Appointments can be made online using our Paloma app or by calling the centre.
Clinic Centres
Paloma offers you a 5-star experience from the point of entry to your exit. You are the most important person to us. Our team will welcome you with a drink, explain our services, and keep you informed and comfortable. You are not just a number in our clinics. Our clinical team values your presence and will come out of the consulting room to assist you.
Paloma offers you a 24-hour, 365-day service through online and video consultations. You can download our free app (Paloma) and post your health, prescription, and administrative-related inquiries without visiting the branch or making a call. Doctors can initiate a video call to make assessments and manage conditions remotely for appropriate cases, saving your visit to the practice.
Medical Records
We have built our technology to bring you a 100% transparent service. What you see is what we see in your records. No more paper files. Paloma clinics are fully digital, and our consultations, chats, appointments, pharmacy, investigations, bills, and text messages are shared instantly in the app.
Prescriptions
Our clinics are completely digital, and all prescriptions are sent directly to the pharmacy with a signed copy in your app. You can order your allowed repeats through the app and get them delivered directly to your home.
Investigations
We request investigations ONLY if they are required for your condition to assist with diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care and screening. We offer you choices and explain the need for them and what the doctor expects from the outcome of the results. Lab requests are generated electronically and sent to NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Service) approved labs only, with a copy in your app. Sample collections can be done at the clinic or at the convenience of your home. Lab results are received electronically in the Paloma solution for the doctor's review, and later, doctor comments are shared instantly in the app to keep you updated on the next steps towards diagnosis or treatment. If you require an urgent appointment, our team will be in touch with you.
Pharmacy
Paloma is currently setting up its own pharmacy for our registered patients and offers over 25% discounts on medicines. Our aim is to reduce your medicine bills and provide cost-effective generic and branded combinations that improve compliance.
Paloma has designed its own IT solution to protect your privacy and security. They are hosted in the best data centres approved by UK and Indian cybersecurity standards.
Home Visits
Paloma is due to start a home visiting service by our medical team (doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, and carers) to serve you at home shortly.
Our Expertise
We specialize in all common medical and skin conditions for adults and children. We specialize in chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart disease, lung conditions, thyroid disorders, mental health, men's health, women's health (menopause, contraception, cancer screening, pregnancy), arthritis, old age, and children's conditions. We also offer minor surgery services for conditions that can be removed under local anaesthesia, such as skin tag removals, earlobe stitching, nail problems, and wound care and dressings.

We invite all our patients for our screening protocols, including:
Bowel Cancer – Men and Women – 45 years – every 2 years
Breast Cancer – Women – 40 years - Yearly
Cervical Cancer – Women – 25 years – 3 Yearly
Prostate Cancer – Men – 50 years - 2 Yearly
We also send automated messages and reminders for vaccination schedules.
Reviews, Alerts, and Monitoring
We conduct medication reviews to monitor organ damage due to regular medicines, eye checks for diabetes and hypertension, diabetes foot checks, heart checks for blood pressure and heart attacks, weight monitoring and diet checks to prevent obesity, regular thyroid checks, depression screening, and annual men's and women's health checks for chronic disease screening and monitoring.
We are a specialized centre for primary care, providing primary and preventative medical services for our patients. Our sites are not equipped for emergency treatments requiring life-saving interventions or trauma.
